Ajitabh Sood is the Founder and driving force behind Venqon Tech Pvt Ltd. Venqon is built directly on his nearly three decades of hands-on leadership in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain transformation across India and global markets.
Ajitabh has led and scaled procurement functions, advised and built startups, and executed complex sourcing and greenfield projects for large enterprises. His experience spans enterprise procurement, MSME ecosystems, e-procurement platforms, cost optimization, vendor governance, contract negotiations, and large-scale operational execution—giving him a rare, end-to-end understanding of how procurement actually works on the ground.
