At Venqon, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed for purchases made through venqon.com.


1. Cancellations

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request a cancellation before your order is processed or shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@venqon.com or through our customer support portal.

Cancellations may not be possible if:

  • The order has already been processed or shipped.

  • A service has already begun or has been completed.

Order Cancellation by Venqon

Venqon reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment issues or verification failures

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
    If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.


2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product/service delivered is defective, incorrect, or incomplete

  • The order was cancelled before processing

  • A valid refund request is submitted within the applicable timeframe

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product/service has been used or accessed

  • Damage occurred due to customer misuse

  • The return/refund window has expired

  • The purchase consists of non-refundable items (custom-made, digital goods, or services already rendered — adjust if needed)

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method unless otherwise specified.


3. Service-Based Purchases (If Venqon Offers Services)

For digital or service-based orders:

  • Refunds may be considered only if no substantial part of the service has been delivered.

  • Once work has commenced, partial or full refunds may not be possible depending on progress.
